Operations and Marketing Support Manager : Tejas Thorat

Hello Team,

We take this opportunity to introduce our man Tejas Thorat who along being humble is highly dedicated professional and core part of this team

Designation :  Operations and Marketing Support Manager + Content Development (Games)


Roles & Responsibilities :- 

1.     Maintaining Records of every Content generation activity undertaken by stakeholders
2.     Creating Reports to showcase the accomplishments done by the Team.
3.     Hosting a Team meeting at the end of the week for discussing the Content Projects Progress and deciding a deadline for completion of the Projects. Also defining action Items for the Coming week.
4.     Communicating and following up with the Individual stakeholders for the updates of the Action Items and maintaining the progress report of the same. Also Identifying Risks, if any and hosting an Emergency Team meeting with the concerned stakeholder to resolve the Risks at the inception phase Itself.
5.     Responsible for Continual Improvement of the content product delivered by the Stakeholders
6.     Maintaining the report of SLA / TAT being discussed for each action item and noting down the risks and resolutions for Mitigating those Risks
7.    Keeping records of availability/non-availability of stakeholders and creating a backup plan for mitigating the pending action Items in case of non availability of certain resources.

Note: Roles & Responsibilities are subject to change per Month or Quarter upon the observations and requirement of the Firm with single aim to make the resources more Robust
